Aerobics - This class combines cardio exercises with toning
exercises for the upper body using hand buoys.
Fusion- This high energy water workout combines 30 minutes
cardio work with boxing drills, relay games, and resistance work
using hand buoys and noodles to work the upper and lower body.
Cool-down stretch to proceed and follow.
Arthritis Aerobics- This class is
for participants with Arthristis. Its a low impact aerobics
H20 Works - This water
workout combines 30 minutes cardio work with resistance exercises
using hard buoys, tubing and medicine balls.
Boot Camp - This high intensity class involves a cardio
workout, and resistance work using tubing, hard buoys, and medicine
Weight Training - This class will focus on resistance
training, cardio ad lifting weights while in the water.
