Lakeview Events (VIP Complex) offers two levels of space suitable for corporate meetings, seminars, wedding/receptions, parties or special events. With each level containing a dance floor, Level 1 can accommodate 272 people for a buffet style dinner while Level 2 can accommodate 112 people for buffet style dining. The Bridal Suite is available with Level 1 rental only.


Alcohol is permitted at International Park under advised guidelines and restrictions. All request must be approved prior to an event through the Sales Office and will require either the use of a licensed bartender with a current pouring permit or a licensed caterer obtaining a Special Event Permit through Community Development Office.


When serving alcohol at International Park, Security is required from the designated alcohol serving time until the end of the event. Security must be booked through the sales office at a cost of $45.00 an hour with a three hour minimum. Chaperone Requirements
Groups of children 18 years old and under: One adult chaperone per 20 children and one security officer per 150 children. The required security must be booked through the Sales Office at an additional cost.
